Rate Lock Policy:
· For MYGA policies, the policy is issued using the higher of the rate in effect on the application signed date or the effective date, provided all funds have been received.
· Funds for checks and wires must be received within 10 business days of the date the application was signed.
· Rate lock on transfers is effective for 60 days from the date the application was signed. |
